Common questions
- I can't sign in.
- Check with your dispatcher or administrator that your account is active and assigned to a company. Passwords are reset from the web portal, not the app.
- Dispatch says they can't see my location.
- Open iOS Settings → Agentica MedOps → Location and set it to Always. Location is only shared while you are on shift.
- Push-to-talk radio isn't working.
- Open iOS Settings → Agentica MedOps and confirm Microphone access is on. You must also be assigned to an active shift for the radio channel to appear.
- My Bluetooth push-to-talk button doesn't appear when I scan.
- Switch the button on and press it once while the scan is running, and allow Bluetooth in iOS Settings → Agentica MedOps. Only a Bluetooth button that pairs to the phone can work. A speaker-microphone that clips onto a walkie-talkie cannot — its button talks to the radio, not to your phone, so it will never appear. If your button is not recognised, open More → Settings → Bluetooth PTT → Diagnostic, press the button a few times and tap “Use this button”.
- I can't see the Phone tab, or I can't make calls.
- In-app calling is only available once your administrator has assigned you an extension. Ask them to set one up, then sign out and back in. If calls do not ring when the phone is locked, allow Notifications for Agentica MedOps in iOS Settings.
- I'm not receiving dispatch alerts.
- Open iOS Settings → Agentica MedOps → Notifications and allow notifications. Sign out and back in once to refresh your device registration.
- The camera won't scan a vehicle QR code.
- Allow Camera access in iOS Settings, and make sure the code is fully inside the frame and well lit.
- How do I request my data, or have it corrected?
- Contact your employer's administrator, or email us at the address above. See our Privacy Policy.
Reporting a problem
When something goes wrong, the most useful report includes:
- What you were doing when it happened
- The trip or vehicle involved, if any
- The time it happened
- A screenshot, if you can take one
